Defit and strip-out works in Perth

When a lease ends, most landlords require the tenancy to be returned to the condition it was handed over in. The defit is the first half of that: taking out everything the outgoing tenant added. CT Building Maintenance handles the strip-out and the rubbish, then our make good works team repairs and repaints so the space is ready for the next tenant.

One family owned Perth team, 20+ years of experience, and a single point of contact from the first site visit to handover.

What a defit includes

Strip-out of the tenancy

Removal of partition walls, built-in joinery and reception desks, kitchenettes, floor coverings, signage, blinds and any fixtures the lease requires the tenant to take out.

Services and rubbish handled

Disconnection and removal of redundant data cabling and tenant-installed services by the appropriate trades, with all waste removed from site and the area left clean and safe.

The defit is the removal work. Make good is the repair and reinstatement that follows, such as patching and painting walls, repairing ceilings and floors and returning the space to base-building condition. CT Building Maintenance can do both, so you deal with one team.
