Commercial Building Remedial Maintenance

CT Building Maintenance completed a program of maintenance and remedial works across an active commercial facility, covering ceiling repairs, bathroom works, carpentry, a new steel lintel and access modifications, all coordinated within one program of works.

Project scope

• Ceilings: Ceiling repairs and plastering across multiple levels, including replacing an undersized patch
• Bathrooms: Silicone replacement, mould treatment and new bath-edge trim
• Structure and carpentry: Fabrication and installation of a steel lintel, timber framing and a new access panel
• Tiling: Tiles cut and installed to suit the new access arrangement

What we did

1. Ceiling repairs: Repaired and plastered ceilings across multiple levels and replaced an undersized ceiling patch.
2. Bathroom works: Replaced silicone, treated mould and installed new bath-edge trim.
3. Lintel and framing: Fabricated and installed a steel lintel and timber framing.
4. Access modifications: Installed a new access panel and cut and fitted tiles to suit the new access arrangement.
5. Make good: Cleaned up and prepared the repaired ceiling areas ready for sanding and painting.
