Multi-Level Car Park Refurbishment

CT Building Maintenance completed a multi-stage refurbishment of a commercial car park, covering painting, signage, line marking and general presentation upgrades across several levels, with after-hours works scheduled where needed to keep the car park running.

Project scope

• Levels: Works across B1, B2 and the car park entry
• Painting: Common area doors and frames, lift lobby walls and remedial painting to walls throughout
• Signage: Removal and replacement of wall signage
• Floors and line marking: Floor coatings to lift entry areas, entry island recoat and reinstated line marking
• Products: Dulux Weathershield, Dulux Aquanamel, Dulux line-marking paint and floor coating

What we did

1. Signage: Removed and replaced wall signage.
2. Wall repairs and painting: Patched and painted lift lobby walls and carried out remedial painting to walls throughout, using Dulux Weathershield across B1 and B2.
3. Doors and frames: Prepared and repainted common-area doors and frames, finished with two coats of Dulux Aquanamel.
4. Floor coatings: Applied floor coatings to the lift entry areas.
5. Entry island and line marking: Pressure cleaned the car park entry and island, recoated the island with Dulux line-marking paint and floor coating, and reinstated the line marking.

The result

A cleaner, brighter and safer car park with clear line marking and refreshed common areas. Scheduling after-hours works where required kept disruption to the client’s day-to-day operations to a minimum.
