Custom Car Park Drip Tray Fabrication & Installation

CT Building Maintenance designed, fabricated and installed custom drip trays in an underground car park to protect vehicles from water, residue and debris falling from overhead services and building elements.

Project scope

• Problem: Water, residue and debris dropping onto parked vehicles from overhead services
• Solution: Purpose-built drip trays made to suit the existing conditions
• Delivery: Complete in-house solution, from site measure-up to fabrication and installation

What we did

1. Site measure-up: Measured the affected areas on site, taking into account limited clearances and existing infrastructure.
2. Fabrication: Fabricated purpose-built drip trays to suit the conditions.
3. Installation: Supplied and installed the completed trays above the affected parking bays.

The result

Vehicles in the affected bays are now protected from overhead water and debris, with trays that work within the car park’s tight clearances. It is a good example of the fabrication work our team delivers when an off-the-shelf product simply won’t do the job.
