CT Building Maintenance carried out a complete bollard replacement, from removing the damaged bollard and footing through to a new in-ground bollard, reinstated bitumen and fresh line marking.
Project scope
- Bollard: New 140 mm x 1800 mm in-ground bollard
- Base: New concrete footing
- Surface: Bitumen reinstated around the new bollard
- Line marking: Yellow line marking to match the existing layout
What we did
- Demolition: Removed and disposed of the damaged bitumen, bollard and concrete footing.
- Excavation: Excavated and prepared the area for the new installation.
- Installation: Supplied and installed a new 140 mm x 1800 mm in-ground bollard with a new concrete base.
- Reinstatement: Backfilled the area and reinstated the bitumen surface.
- Line marking: Applied yellow line marking to match the existing layout.
The result
A complete repair from demolition through to final finish, leaving the area safe, functional and ready for use.
